1. Who we are

These terms govern your use of the Your Brand website and your purchase of any products from us. By placing an order you agree to these terms in full.

2. Age requirement

You must be at least 21 years old to browse this site or purchase our products. By ordering, you certify that you are 21 or older and that the recipient of the order is 21 or older. We reserve the right to require proof of age at any time and to cancel any order where age cannot be verified.

3. Product compliance

All products sold on this site are derived from hemp and contain no more than 0.3% delta-9 tetrahydrocannabinol on a dry-weight basis, consistent with the Agriculture Improvement Act of 2018 (the “2018 Farm Bill”). Certificates of analysis for each batch are available on the Lab Results page.

It is your responsibility to know the laws of your state and locality. We do not ship to states where these products are restricted, and we may update the list of restricted states at any time without notice.

4. Health disclaimer

Products sold on this site have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Do not use these products if you are pregnant, nursing, or taking medication without consulting a physician. Do not drive or operate machinery after use. Keep out of reach of children and pets.

5. Orders and payment

All prices are in US dollars. We may cancel and refund any order at our discretion, including orders we suspect are placed by persons under 21, shipped to restricted states, or intended for resale. Payment instructions are provided at checkout; unpaid orders are cancelled automatically after the window stated in your order confirmation.

6. Shipping and risk of loss

Title and risk of loss pass to you upon our delivery of the package to the carrier. Some shipping methods require an adult signature at delivery. See the Shipping page for current rates, timelines, and the list of states we serve.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Your Brand is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or our products. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

We may update these terms at any time by posting a revised version on this page. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
