What we collect
When you place an order we collect your name, email address, phone number, shipping address, date of birth (for age verification), order contents, and the IP address the order was placed from. If you create an account, we also store your login credentials in hashed form. If you join our newsletter, we store your email address.
How we use it
We use your information to fulfill orders, verify age and shipping eligibility, provide customer support, prevent fraud, and — only if you opt in — send marketing email. Order records, including age acknowledgement, are retained for our own compliance records.
What we share
We share shipping details with our delivery carriers, payment details with the payment processor you choose at checkout, and nothing else with anyone else. We do not sell or rent your personal information, ever.
Cookies
We use strictly functional cookies: your session, your cart, and your age-gate acknowledgement. We do not run third-party advertising trackers.
Your choices
You can unsubscribe from marketing email at any time via the link in any message. To access, correct, or delete personal information we hold about you, contact mikem8622@icloud.com and we will respond within 30 days.
Security
All traffic is encrypted in transit with TLS. Passwords are stored using a modern memory-hard hashing algorithm. Access to customer data is limited to staff who need it to serve you.
