Our products are derived from hemp and contain less than 0.3% delta-9 THC on a dry-weight basis, which meets the federal definition of hemp under the 2018 Farm Bill. Some states restrict THCa products — we do not ship to those states, and our checkout enforces the list automatically.

Raw THCa is non-psychoactive, but it converts to THC when heated. Treat these products the way you would treat high-potency cannabis: adults 21+ only, start low, and never drive after use.

Every batch is tested by an independent, third-party laboratory. Each product page links to its certificate of analysis (COA) showing cannabinoid potency and the compliance result, and you can look up any batch number on our Lab Results page.

Orders ship in plain, smell-proof packaging with no product branding on the outside. Most orders leave our facility within one business day, and you'll get a tracking number by email as soon as the label is created.

We ship to 40+ states. If your state restricts hemp-derived THCa, checkout will let you know before any payment is collected. The list is reviewed regularly as state laws change.
